Booking fee policy
Any deposit made on a service will be deducted off the final bill upon arrival to the appointment. Booking fees are to be paid
within 1 week prior to your appointment.

Refund policy
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have
received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed,
we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to
rectify your issue by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you
at no cost only with in the two days of the initial service. Our first choice will always be a redo.

Service guarantee


If you have dark or coloured hair and want to go blonde/light, and it is not blonde/light enough after one attempt, this
will not be considered eligible for a redo or refund.

Colours fading due to improper home care, toners fading or other situations beyond our control may also be excluded
from a redo or refund

We do not refund for change of mind. This may include going from blonde to brunette, deciding to grow out your greys,
eyebrow shaping and tinting, etc.

We will not refund for going against our professional advice/recommendations.

If you are unhappy with your service, we will work with you to fix it which may incur a cost. Due to the nature of the
service and our expertise, we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind after agreeing prior to the service.

If you have had your hair done somewhere else and are unhappy with your previous appointment and ask us to rectify
this, we do not take any responsibility for their actions. Our stylists will use their professional expertise to achieve the
best results given the limitations from your previous hair service.

Our Pricing
Our online prices are to be used as a guideline only and may be changed at any time

Extra product and time may be charged for. Change of mind resulting in extra product being used or time taken will be
charged for.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore if you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for at
least 72 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. A booking fee will be taken at this time before any future appointments can be
made for you.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours, or a noshow, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to
50% of the service which was booked. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our
cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
